Problems solved by technology

This not only causes a lot of waste of human resources, but also due to human factors, the data entry speed is slow, the accuracy rate is low, and there are a lot of forged data. The efficiency is low, a large amount of false data is carried, and the problem of frequent opening and closing of the traditional cold storage in the management of the operation cannot be changed, and the monitoring of the quality and freshness of the stored items is weak.
[0006] At home and abroad, the use of RFID technology combined with Internet of Things applications to save operating costs, improve service quality, and build large-scale information-based intelligent cold storage management has not yet been truly realized.

Embodiment

[0028] see figure 1 , the present invention is a storage management system based on RFID and sensor network technology, including a background system, which is responsible for the management of business requirements and mutual communication with the front desk, the background system includes a warehouse 1, and several positions 2 are arranged in the warehouse, Each warehouse 2 is provided with several pallets 3 , and the goods 6 are respectively placed in the corresponding pallets 3 .

[0029] The pallets 3 are closely adjacent to each other to save space, but they are placed independently of each other and do not affect the goods 6 stored separately, so as to avoid confusion.

[0030] The pallet 3 is provided with a passive RFID-5, and the passive RFID-5 is used to record the barcode information corresponding to the goods 6, and the goods 6 are affixed with a barcode for marking the goods information, which is similar to that provided by major supermarkets. The price tag inf...

Abstract

The invention discloses a warehouse management system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and sensor network technology. The system comprises a background system which takes charge of management of business demands and mutual communication with the foreground. A foreground system comprises a warehouse, at least one freight space is arranged in the warehouse, at least one tray is arranged in the freight space, and an RFID electronic tag is arranged on the tray and is used for recording the bar code information of freight. The RFID warehouse management system further comprises an access control system provided with the RFID for monitoring the warehousing process of the tray. The invention further relates to a method of the warehouse management system based on the RFID and the sensor network technology, the method comprises the following steps of: establishing a corresponding relation with the freight arranged in the tray by arranging the RFID on the tray, and establishing a corresponding relation between the freight space and the tray through active RFID arranged on the freight space. Through the warehouse management system and the method thereof disclosed by the invention, application maximization of the technology is realized at the minimum cost, the quality of service is improved and digitalization and intellectualization of warehouse management are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of an RFID warehouse management system, in particular to a warehouse management system based on RFID and sensor network technology and a method thereof. Background technique [0002] RFID radio frequency identification is a non-contact automatic identification technology. It automatically identifies the target object and obtains relevant data through radio frequency signals. The identification work does not require manual intervention and can work in various harsh environments. RFID technology can identify high-speed moving objects and can identify multiple tags at the same time, and the operation is fast and convenient. [0003] The basic working principle of RFID technology is not complicated: after the tag enters the magnetic field, it receives the radio frequency signal sent by the reader, and sends out the product information stored in the chip by virtue of the energy obtained by the induced current (Pa...
