Abstract

The invention provides a precursor compound, dichloroacetic acid fluorene methyl ester, of dichloroacetate. The precursor compound has a structural formula which is shown as a formula I; and various required dichloroacetates can be prepared from the compound through hydrolysis reaction. The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound of the formula I, wherein 2,2'-dichloroacetyl chloride of a formula II and 9-fluorene methanol of a formula III are esterified to obtain the compound of the formula I. The precursor compound of the dichloroacetate provided by the invention can be used for manufacturing pharmaceutical-grade dichloroacetate; and the preparation method of the precursor compound provided by the invention is easy to operate, has controllable quality and is suitable for industrial mass production.
