Problems solved by technology

[0004] Some scholars use potted plants or incubators to cover the soil surface with films, covers, straw or sand to inhibit soil evaporation. Since the growth quality of plants is less than five thousandths of plant transpiration, people usually use the water balance method to measure Plant transpiration, but potting and covering will cause the plant evaporation environment to be inconsistent with the actual situation in the field, especially the heating effect of direct solar radiation on the pot, or the reflection effect on the covering, and the temperature rise caused by the suppression of soil evaporation High factors will inevitably affect the measurement accuracy more or less

Embodiment

[0033] Such as figure 1 , 2 , 3, 4, this embodiment includes an inner tube 1, an outer tube 2 and a water supply pipe 3. The inner tube 1 is a tube with a bottom cover and a cover 4, and the cover 4 is provided with a seedling hole 5; The outer cylinder 2 is formed by inserting and fitting two symmetrical half-circular cylinders with each other. The inner wall of the semicircular cylinder is provided with an upper groove 21 and a lower groove 22 that communicate with each other. The two lower grooves 22 cooperate to form an inner space, and the inner tube 1 is placed in the inner space; the two upper grooves cooperate to form an emergence slit 6. The emergence hole 5 with the same inner diameter corresponds to the emergence slit 6. 5 and the emergence slit 6 allow the plants in the inner tube 1 to grow through. The outer cylinder 1 is filled with soil, the water supply pipe 3 is connected to the outer space of the outer cylinder 1, and the water content of the soil of the outer...

Abstract

The invention relates to a measuring method for determining the relationship between plant transpiration and leaf area, comprising the following steps of: sowing a plant inside an inner cylinder with the plant being corresponding to a seedling emergence hole and a seedling emergence slit, and adjusting moisture to a soil water content until there is no stress for the plant growth; providing an outer cylinder with soil and moisture which are consistent with those in the inner cylinder, and measuring the quality difference of the inner cylinder and the variation of the plant leaf area so as to obtain the relationship between the plant transpiration amount and the plant leaf area. According to the method, a device which can be used comprises the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and a feed pipe, wherein the inner cylinder is a cylindrical shell with a lid and with the bottom sealed; the lid is provided with the seedling emergence hole; the outer cylinder contains two internal-and-external layered spaces and the seedling emergence slit; the inner cylinder is correspondingly arranged inside the internal space; the seedling emergence slit is corresponding to the seedling emergence holeof the inner cylinder; and the feed pipe is connected to the external space of the outer cylinder. The device provided by the invention has a reasonable structure and can be used to effectively reduce or eliminate the interference of environmental conditions which influence the measuring result. The measuring device is simple and easy to operate with accurate measuring results.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of farmland water balance observation, and specifically relates to a measuring method and device for determining the relationship between plant transpiration and leaf area. Background technique [0002] Plant transpiration refers to the process by which water is lost to the atmosphere as water vapor from the surface of living plants, mainly leaves. In farmland, plant transpiration and soil evaporation together constitute farmland evapotranspiration. [0003] It is generally believed that soil evaporation is ineffective evaporation, and plant transpiration is closely related to plant leaf area and affects plant biological yield. Farmland evapotranspiration can be measured by equipment such as lysimeters, but distinguishing soil evaporation from plant transpiration is a technical problem. [0004] Some scholars use potted plants or incubators to cover the soil with membranes, lids, straws or sand to inhibit soil evap...
