Abstract

According to the method, a device which can be used comprises the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and a feed pipe, wherein the inner cylinder is a cylindrical shell with a lid and with the bottom sealed; the lid is provided with the seedling emergence hole; the outer cylinder contains two internal-and-external layered spaces and the seedling emergence slit; the inner cylinder is correspondingly arranged inside the internal space; the seedling emergence slit is corresponding to the seedling emergence holeof the inner cylinder; and the feed pipe is connected to the external space of the outer cylinder. The device provided by the invention has a reasonable structure and can be used to effectively reduce or eliminate the interference of environmental conditions which influence the measuring result.
