The 3D LCD which forms and displays a 3D image using light sources comprises: a 1st light source that forms an image for a left eye; a 2nd light source that forms an image for a right eye; and a control unit that is connected to the 1st and 2nd light sources and drives the light sources in turn, wherein the RGB spectrum bands of each light source overlap to a degree that does not cause interference between the RGB spectrum bands. Preferably, the 1st and 2nd light sources include an LED. More preferably, the 1st and 2nd light sources are installed on a light source unit for a back light unit. Selectively, the 1st and 2nd light sources comprise at least one light source body respectively.
