Abstract

The invention provides a microbial deodorant and strain for eliminating waste odor of municipal landfill and waste transfer station, and the preparation and application method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the conservation number of CGMCC No.5183 in a PDA culture medium, and culturing Lactobacillus casei (CGMCC No.5182) in an MRS culture medium to obtain the seed liquid; and fermenting in a fermentation tank to obtain the microbial deodorant. The microbial deodorant is prepared by a mixed culture manner so as to lower the fermentation cost, reduce the generation of mixed bacteria and stabilize the product quality. The microbial deodorant prepared by the method can effectively eliminate the waste odor of the municipallandfill so as to achieve good deodorant effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a microbial deodorant, a bacterial strain, and a preparation and application method thereof, in particular to a microbial deodorant, a bacterial strain, and a preparation and application method thereof for eliminating peculiar smells in municipal solid waste landfills and garbage transfer stations. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of my country's urbanization process, the urban population is increasing day by day, followed by the rapid increase of urban domestic waste. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, the annual growth rate of garbage in my country has reached more than 10%, and nearly 150 million tons of garbage are generated every year. At present, the stock of domestic municipal solid waste has reached 7 billion tons, of which 80% to 90% come from large and medium-sized cities, but the treatment rate is only about 50%. Among the more than 600 cities in the country, two-thirds of the la...
