The wear-resistant sole material comprises the following components in part by weight: 108 parts of thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 20 parts of white carbon black, 22 parts of diethylene glycol, 36 parts of polystyrene, 42 parts of naphthenic oil, 18 parts of magnesium oxide, 11 parts of calcium-zinc salt and 18 parts of organosilicon foam stabilizer. The preparation method for the wear-resistant sole material comprises the following steps of: mixing the raw materials in the ratio and banburying in a banbury; granulating the mixture subjected to banburying by using a granulator to obtain granules; and cooling the granules in a water tank, and drying at room temperature. The material greatly improves the wear resistance of a sole on the premise of not influencing due elasticity, recoverability, portability and other properties of the sole, and is nontoxic and pollution-free, safe and environment-friendly.
