Abstract

The invention relates to an organic high-molecular composite material, and specifically relates to nylon 6 with an electromagnetic screening function. The material comprises components of, by weight: 49.5 to 90% of nylon 6, 10 to 45% of halogen-free alkali-free glass fiber, 5 to 15% of thermoset resin, 2 to 30% of conductive graphite, 2 to 5% of a thermal stabilizer, 0.2 to 1.0% of a filling material, and 0.3 to 5.5% of active carbon. The nylon 6 with the electromagnetic screening function is advantaged in that: the nylon 6 can be used for replacing metal materials for producing replacement parts or housings; the nylon 6 has both high mechanical properties of nylon 6 and the electromagnetic screening function of metal materials; and the nylon 6 is convenient to produce and purchase, and related costs are greatly reduced. Therefore, competitive strength of the nylon 6 with the electromagnetic screening function is comprehensively improved.

Example Embodiment

The salt formation reaction is an exothermic reaction. For this reason, the circulating water other than the reaction heat must be cooled and removed. At the same time, to prevent the nylon 6 salt from being oxidized in contact with the air, the production system is filled with nitrogen. In a vacuum state, a 50% nylon 6 salt aqueous solution is evaporated, dehydrated, concentrated, crystallized and dried to obtain solid nylon 6 salt.
