The automobile rubber protecting agent comprises the following components, by mass, 50-80% of a C8-13 aryl-free alkane, 1-10% of silicone oil, 1-10% of a silicone resin, 0.1-1% of a wetting agent, 0.05-1% of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.5% of a light stabilizer, and 20-40% of a deodorized liquefied petroleum gas. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, adding silicone oil, the silicone resin, the wetting agent, the antioxidant and an ultraviolet ray absorbent to a solvent; 2, uniformly stirring, pittng an obtained solution into an aerosol can after the complete dissolving, and 3, finally charging the deodorized liquefied petroleum gas into the aerosol can to obtain the automobile rubber protecting agent of the invention.
