Abstract

Precious nickel is not used in the components of the ring carrier, and other wear-resistant metal materials are added. The blank of the ring carrier is sand cast by an automatic molding machine in stack molding, and the shot-blasting treatment is carried out. The ring carrier has unique structure and strong bonding force with an aluminum substrate of the aluminum piston, so that the deformation and casting-off of the aluminum piston at high temperature are prevented, and the bonding force of the ring carrier and aluminum can be improved.
