The PS domain system comprises a mobility management module, a session management module and a GTP (GPRS Tunneling Protocol) tunnel processing module, wherein the mobility management module is used for managing the mobility and positions of users and completing user access authentication and certification; and the session management module is used for context management of user packet data protocols, and interacts with the GTP tunnel processing module to complete both configuration and modification of GTPU (GPRS Tunneling Protocol-User Plane) tunnel parameters.
