Abstract

The invention provides a flotation method for separating copper form mica. In the method, Z-200 is taken as collecting agent, a mixed liquid of DM and GJ in a ratio of 8-12:1 is taken as an inhibiting agent, and ore flotation is performed in a neutral or alkalescent state of ore pulp. By the method, the copper content of copper concentrate is improved by more than 15 percent, the mica content of the copper concentrate is reduced by more than 70 percent, and the entrainment rate of machinery during the comprehensive recovery is reduced by more than 20 percent, while the consumption of chemicals is basically unchanged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of mineral flotation, in particular to a flotation method for separating copper and mica. It can be widely used in the beneficiation process of copper ore containing mica or copper-associated ore. Background technique [0002] At present, in the beneficiation process of copper ore containing mica or copper-associated ore, it is usually used to add some reagents to the ore mixture for flotation. In the beneficiation process, due to the good floatability of mica, it is often used as a gangue mineral to interfere with the flotation process of copper and affect the quality of copper concentrate. The existing copper selection process uses combined inhibitors to suppress mica, and it is required not to affect the flotation of copper. The flotation effect directly affects the grade of copper concentrate and the efficiency of copper selection. Therefore, the preparation and addition of inhibitors are very important for cop...
