Abstract

The invention discloses a thermocouple vacuum meter comprising a thermocouple vacuum gauge, an amplification apparatus, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a microcontroller, a voltage conversion apparatus and a current adjusting apparatus. According to a technical scheme, the microcontroller generates different digital voltages according to different comparison results; furthermore, the voltage conversion apparatus converts the digital voltages into analog voltages; when the current adjusting apparatus receives the different analog voltages sent by the voltage conversion apparatus, different currents are generated by the current adjusting apparatus and are output to a current terminal of the thermocouple vacuum gauge; therefore, different currents can be input into the current terminalof the thermocouple vacuum gauge; and thus, a voltage rang that is output by the thermocouple vacuum gauge is enlarged and a pressure measurement range can be further widened. On the basis of multiple experiments, the inventor draws a conclusion that the thermocouple vacuum meter employing the above-mentioned technical scheme has an advantage that a pressure range displayed by the output is from 0.01pa to 999 pa; and compared with a current thermocouple vacuum meter, the provided thermocouple vacuum meter enables an upper limit and a lower limit of its pressure measuring range to be broadenedobviously.
