Abstract

The standard curve line Y is obtained by adopting the HPLC and presents a good linear relationship in the range from 0.1mug to 0.5mug, wherein Y=217009X+12086 (R2=0.9994). The method for extracting the coixol from the rhizoma phragmitis achieves the average recovery rate of 96.35% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.16%. Due to the adoption of the method for extracting the coixol from the rhizoma phragmitis, the rhizoma phragmitisa coixol is studied for the first time, and the development and the utilization of the coixol are made possible.
