Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a raw feed material, in particular to a method for producing non-toxin castor bean meal for feed by using microbial strains for high-temperature aerobic fermentation to remove castor bean meal toxin. The method is mainly characterized in that: the castor bean meal is subjected to two times of quick fermentation treatment at different temperatures by adopting combined strains, so that the aim of removing toxin is fulfilled. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: the toxin removing effect on ricinine and allergy in the castor bean meal are obvious by adopting the fermentation technology, and over 85 percent of ricinine and over 90 percent of allergy can be removed.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a production method of feed raw materials, in particular to a production method of removing castor meal toxins by using microbial strains to perform high-temperature aerobic fermentation to obtain non-toxic castor meal for feed. Background technique: [0002] Castor is one of the top ten oil crops in the world with high economic value. Castor oil and castor products have broad domestic and foreign markets because of their special industrial uses and economic value. Refined castor oil can be used in airplanes, ships, automobiles and high-precision lathes, and can also be used as industrial raw materials to make spices, artificial leather and other products. The residue left after extracting the oil from castor beans is called castor meal. Castor meal is rich in protein, and its protein composition is dominated by globulin, accounting for about 60%, glutenin 20%, albumin 16%, and only a small amount of gliadin which is difficu...
