Problems solved by technology

Complucad does not contain formaldehyde and phenol, and uses organic peroxides and ethanol as the main components; FineFIX is a new formalin-free fixative patented by Milestone for morphological research, but these two preservatives have been proved to have general antiseptic effects by field experiments , not applicable to China's national conditions

Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1: Experiment of preservation of mice by immersion in antiseptic.

[0027] After each mouse was intraperitoneally injected with 10 mL of the preservative of the present invention in the specimen bottle, and soaked in the preservative, the antiseptic effect of the mice was observed. Commercial Complucad and FineFIX preservatives were used as controls. Experimental mice were purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, half male and half female, weighing 30-35 g.

[0028] The mice were soaked and preserved for 7 months (May 6th, 2010~December 6th, 2010). The mice using the preservative of the present invention had normal color, good elasticity, no corruption in appearance, and no mold growth. It is clear and transparent; mice treated with FineFIX preservative have flocculent limbs in the preservation solution after 3 months, which is not suitable for long-term preservation; mice treated with Complucad preservative hav...

Embodiment 2

[0029] Example 2: Antiseptic experiment of laboratory mouse injection.

[0030] After a group of experimental mice were put to death using 0.1mL / 1Kg Sumianxin II (veterinary), the preservative of the present invention was injected into the heart at a dose of 25mL / 100g, placed in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and stored at room temperature for 30 days ( From May 5, 2010 to June 4, 2010), the antiseptic effect was observed. On the 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day, and 30th day of the experiment, one mouse was taken for dissection, and the skeletal muscle, intestine, heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other tissues were cut out respectively, fixed, paraffin sectioned, and Xylin-eosin staining, microscope observation and photography. In this experiment, FineFIX preservative was used as the control, and sterilized saline was used as the blank control. Experimental mice were purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, male, weighing ...

Embodiment 3

[0036] Example 3: On-site experiment on embalming remains of funeral parlors.

[0037] More than 30 examples (three examples are listed in Table 3) are applied in funeral parlors using the body preservative of the present invention. The body can be sterilized, preserved and preserved by perfusion of the aorta, aortic arch or abdominal / chest / pharynx / cranial cavity injections. General perfusion volume: 1500-3000mL, injection time: 5-30min, the effective rate can reach 100% within 5 days at room temperature of the funeral parlor, it can keep the face of the body sleeping, no peeling, no green staining and swelling in the chest and abdomen, and no odor taste.

Abstract

The invention relates to an efficient and environment-friendly remains preservative free of formaldehyde and application thereof. The remains preservative mainly comprises, by volume, 0.5-10% of phenoxyethanol, 0.2-1.5% of isothiazolinone, 3-15% of organic acid, 5-20% of propylene glycol, 5-30% of glycerol, 20-75% of ethanol and 5-35% of distilled water, and, by weight, 1-10% of hexamethylenetetramine and 0-2% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt. The preservative can be poured through an aorta and an aortic arch and injected through the abdominal cavity, the thoracic cavity, the pharyngeal cavity and the cranial cavity so as to carry out antiseptic preservation, disinfection and smell removal to remains. Quantification sterilization experiments, animal experiments and funeral home field experiments prove that the remains preservative is efficient in antibacterial property, quick in action speed, low in toxicity and suitable for short-term or long-term remains antisepsis or specimen preservation of funeral homes and medical colleges at home and abroad.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the antiseptic preservation technology of remains in the field of funeral and interment and the field of human anatomy teaching and scientific research, in particular to a low-toxic, high-efficiency and environment-friendly antiseptic for remains and its application. Background technique [0002] Embalming remains is a discipline that studies the preservation of remains after death. Specifically, it refers to the use of physical and chemical methods to prevent or slow down the further development of the decay process of remains within a period of time, so that the remains can be preserved in a relatively good state and prevent possible The occurrence of disease transmission, in order to carry out funeral activities or anatomy teaching and scientific research. At present, 4% formaldehyde (i.e. 10% formalin) solution is generally adopted at home and abroad as the main component of the body (corpse) preservative. Formaldehyde sol...
