Abstract

The direct current isolation switch consists of a direct current isolation switch body and an operating mechanism thereof, wherein the switch body consists of a moving contact component and a fixed contact component; the moving contact component mainly comprise a moving contact cutter and two flexible connections which are formed by stacking and bending a plurality of layers of copper sheets and fixed between a conductive plate and a wire connection plate; the fixed contact component mainly comprises a plurality of unit pincerlike structures suspended on two locking rods; each unit pincerlike element consists of two left contact fingers, two right contact fingers, a cylindrical pin and a tension spring; the operating mechanism consists of a direct current motor, a worm wheel speed reducer, a switch-on and switch-off locking structure, a mode selection mechanism, a mode electric interlock mechanism and the like; and a gear on a manual transmission shaft is meshed with or separated from a gear on the other input shaft of the worm wheel speed reducer. The direct current isolation switch is integrated with three operating modes, namely a locking mode, a manual mode and an electric mode, has complete mechanical and electric interlock performance, and is suitable for occasions, on which the rated voltage is direct current (DC) 1,800V and the rated current is 4,000A.
