Abstract

The invention discloses a gain digital type adjustable frequency mixer in radio frequency identification. Each switching tube of a switching circuit of the gain digital type adjustable frequency mixer comprises a substrate electrode and all the substrate electrodes are connected with one another and are connected with a resistance voltage dividing circuit; and the resistance voltage dividing circuit is used for supplying a substrate biasing voltage to each substrate electrode. The resistance voltage dividing circuit comprises a plurality of voltage dividing resistors, a plurality of MOS (Metal Oxide Semiconductor) voltage dividing switching tubes and a decoder; all the voltage dividing resistors have the same resistance and are connected in series; each voltage dividing resistor is used for outputting a corresponding divided voltage at the serial-connection part and is connected with each substrate electrode through one MOS voltage dividing switching tube. One MOS voltage dividing switching tube is gated by the decoder so as to output one divided voltage to each substrate electrode. The frequency mixer provided by the invention has the advantages of adjustable gain and capability of adjusting the grain by a digital signal, and does not increase the self power consumption of the frequency mixer.
