Abstract

The invention relates to an electrochemical fingerprint chromatogram identification method for edible oil and provides a method for identifying the authenticity of the edible oil through electrochemical fingerprint chromatograms, belonging to the field of edible oil inspection method. The method comprises the following steps of: a) establishing an edible oil chemical composition fingerprint chromatogram: taking edible oil of the same origin and the same brand as a standard product and establishing the electrochemical fingerprint chromatogram of all chemical compositions of the standard product, wherein the result is shown as the accompanying drawing 1; and b) inspecting a sample: taking an edible oil sample to be inspected, inspecting the edible oil sample under the same conditions under which the standard product is inspected to obtain the chromatogram of the inspected sample, and using a direct observation method or origin software to analyze the fingerprint chromatograms of the standard product and the edible oil sample to obtain a result which is used as a qualitative basis. By using the fingerprint chromatogram of all compositions used by the edible oil, the method has the advantages of good repeatability, no pretreatment, simplicity and convenience in operation, rapidness, economy and the like. Reliable information can be provided for the quality identification of various edible oil products and the identification of low-price edible oil which pretends to be high-price edible oil. The method can be widely popularized in the technical field of edible oil safety inspection.
