Abstract

The invention is characterized in that the lubricating oil is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 60-75% of dearomatic hydrocarbon, 10-20% of dioctadecyl adipate, 10-20% of pentaerythritol ester and 3-5% of tricresyl phosphate. Compared with the prior art, the lubricating oil provided by the invention has good lubricating property and abrasion resistance; just a very small amount of the lubricating oil can meet the requirements of the aluminum alloy stamping processing technology; and the use amount of the lubricating oil can decrease to below 10% of the original amount in the aluminum alloy stamping processing by a trace lubricating oil device, so that the harm to the environment and workers is reduced, and the pollution to the environment is reduced to the lowest level.
