Embodiment Construction
[0018] An intramuscular fat deposition ACL gene is an ATP citrate lyase (ATP citrate lyase, ACL) gene related to intramuscular fat deposition isolated and cloned from the muscle tissue of Banna miniature pigs. The full length of the CDS sequence of the gene is 3276bp, and its CDS nucleotide sequence is shown in the nucleotide and amino acid sequence table of SEQ.ID.NO.1. In addition, the CDS nucleotide sequence encodes 1091 amino acids, and the amino acid sequence is as shown in SEQ.ID.NO.2 in the specification nucleotide and amino acid sequence table.
[0019] Primers were designed for the ACL gene with the above characteristics of intramuscular fat deposition, and PCR amplification was performed to detect the tissue expression profile of the ACL gene in seven tissues of pig heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, muscle and fat. The expression level was the highest in tissues, preliminarily indicating that ACL gene regulates the function of fat deposition in adipocytes.
