Both a first evaporator and a plate heat exchanger form separately connected circulating chilled water loops respectively with a chilled water pump, a water separator, terminal equipment and a water collector shared by the two, wherein the terminal equipment is connected with an air conditioner that needs cooling. The cascade lithium bromide refrigeration and cold storage system can not only provide efficient and reliable cooling, but also can make and store ice when demand for electricity is low, thus enabling efficient ice making to be realized.
