Problems solved by technology

[0005] Japan, the United States, etc. use inorganic salts, quaternary ammonium salts or organic phosphorus compounds, halogen-containing organic substances, etc. to process silk fabrics by rolling, drying, and baking. Flame retardants and inorganic salt flame retardants commonly used on wool are not suitable for flame-retardant finishing of silk fabrics, because these flame retardants either make silk fabrics ye

Embodiment 3

[0028] First, take 250 grams each of dibromoneopentyl glycol (DBNPG), dibromoneopentyl glycol phosphate cyanamide salt, HFPO with hydroxyl group, and 1,2-butanetetracarboxylic acid BTCA, and mix well , add 1 kg of pure water, stir and dissolve to become a flame retardant liquid; mix 180g / M 2 Silk 20 M 2 Soak in the prepared flame retardant solution for 30 minutes, dry it with a dehydrator, and then dry it with a flat tenter. After testing, the relevant data are shown in Table 3. It can be seen that all indicators are ideal, but the feel and style of silk fabrics after flame-retardant finishing are affected, and the cost of flame retardants is high. Table 3:

Abstract

The invention provides a silkworm silk flame retardant aid which comprises the components of dibromoneopentyl glycol (DBNPG), a dibromoneopentyl glycol phosphate cyanamide salt, a hydroxy-containing non-polar phosphorus oligomer (HFPO), and 1,2-butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA), wherein the mass of the components of same mass or largest contents in the flame retardant aid does not exceed 10% of the mass of component of the lowest mass. The invention also provides a silkworm silk flame retardation arrangement method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing or providing the flame retardation aid; 2, diluting by adding purified water having a weight two times the weight of the flame retardation aid, and uniformly stirring; 3, adding silkworm silk to be subjected to flame retardation arrangement to a flame retardation arrangement liquid prepared in last step, wherein the weight ratio of the silkworm silk to the flame retardation arrangement liquid does not exceed 0.9:1, and the error is equal to or less than 10%; and 4, drying the silkworm silk subjected to the flame retardation arrangement in step 3 with a dewaterer, and drying with a flat tender. The flame retardation aid provided in the invention is halogen-free and nontoxic. The silkworm silk flame retardation arrangement method provided in the invention, which effectively uses the flame retardation aid, is economic and reasonable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a finishing auxiliary agent for silkworm silk, in particular to a flame-retardant auxiliary agent and a flame-retardant finishing method. Background technique [0002] Silkworm silk is gorgeous in appearance, has the advantages of soft luster, not easy to absorb light, static electricity, and easy dyeing. It is a high-grade textile and is widely used in clothing and decorative fabrics. Mulberry silk contains animal protein fibers, which produce a certain amount of toxic HCN gas after burning, and its poisonous effect is more severe than that of cellulose fibers. Therefore, its flame-retardant finishing has also received high attention. However, due to the low production of mulberry silk in developed countries, the depth of research on flame-retardant finishing of real silk is far less than that of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and wool fabrics, and there are few reports on flame-retardant finishing. [0003] The initial f...
