Problems solved by technology

[0013] In the conventional anti-adhesion materials disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since water-soluble polymers such as hyaluronic acid are hydrophilic (water-soluble), there are problems such as difficulty in handling with wet tweezers during surgery, etc. Problem with very poor workability after wet

Abstract

Disclosed is an anti-adhesion material which exhibits more excellent handling properties when get wet in comparison to conventional anti-adhesion materials, while having sufficient in vivo degradability and excellent anti-adhesion properties. Specifically disclosed is an anti-adhesion material (1) which comprises: a sheet-like base layer (10) that contains a water-soluble polymer (for example, pullulan); a first coating layer (20) that is arranged on one surface of the base layer (10) and contains an aliphatic ester; and a second coating layer (30) that is arranged on the other surface of the base layer (10) and contains an aliphatic ester. The first coating layer (20) and the second coating layer (30) are formed to have an optical thickness of 27 nm or more but less than 160 nm.

Description

technical field [0001] This invention relates to anti-blocking materials. Background technique [0002] As an existing anti-adhesion material for reducing the adhesion of living tissue due to surgery, trauma, etc., anti-adhesion materials using water-soluble polymers such as hyaluronic acid are known (for example, refer to Patent Document 1 ,2). [0003] According to the conventional anti-adhesion materials, since water-soluble polymers such as hyaluronic acid are used, the anti-adhesion materials are excellent in biocompatibility and biodegradability in vivo. [0004] In addition, as other existing anti-adhesion materials, there is known an anti-adhesion material (such as , refer to Patent Documents 3-5). [0005] prior art literature [0006] patent documents [0007] Patent Document 1: Japanese National Publication No. 5-508161 [0008] Patent Document 2: Japanese National Publication No. 6-508169 [0009] Patent Document 3: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-12623...
