Embodiment 1

[0023] Embodiment 1 The processing of planting

[0024] Use conventional methods to store and plant Scrophulariaceae. When harvesting and digging Scrophulariaceae in November, select 1,000 Scrophulariaceae scrophulariaceae with thick, white color, and no pests and diseases on the buds on the reed head, and break off from the reed head for planting. Remove plants with cyan, reddish-purple, slender or cracked bud scales. It can be planted as it is dug, or stored until winter and spring. After choosing a plant, put it in a ventilated and dry place indoors, and spread it out for 1 to 2 days to avoid heat and rot after entering the pit. Then, dig a cellar for storage in a sunny place with high terrain and good drainage. The cellar is about 50cm deep, and the size depends on the amount of planting. To level the bottom of the cellar, first spread 10cm thick fine sand, then spread the plantings into the cellar with a thickness of about 30 cm, and cover the cellar with 10 cm thick s...

[0027] Example 2 Investigation on the Factors Influencing the Planting Density of Scrophulariae Scrophulariae on the Yield of Scrophulariae Scrophulariae

[0028] The planting methods of each group are the same as the existing Scrophulariaceae planting methods; the following 6 planting densities are designed as shown in Table 1 and figure 1 shown.

Embodiment 3

[0034] Example 3 Investigation of factors affecting the growth of Scrophulariaceae planting plots

[0035] The first group adopts the method of ridge farming: ridges are formed after the ground is prepared, and flat-top ridges are made according to the height of 20-25 cm, the distance between the ridges is 80 cm (the width of the ridge is 20 cm, and the width of the top of the ridge is 60 cm), and the length of the ridge is 620 cm. When raising the ridges, try to keep the distance between the ridges and the depth of the ridges consistent. When planting, on both sides of the ridge, dig holes in the shape of a line with a row spacing of 40 cm and a plant spacing of 30 cm, and plant 1-2 sub-buds in each hole. Other management is the same as Datian.

[0036] The first group adopts the flat work method: open the box after the ground is prepared, the box width is 80cm (the ditch width is 20cm, the box surface width is 60cm), and the box length is 620cm. When planting, dig holes in...

Abstract

The invention provides a cultivation method of radix scrophulariae, comprising the following steps of: 1) storage for plants with basal parts of stems in the year before cultivation; 2) cultivation pre-treatment for plants in the cultivation year; 3) ridge-planting cultivation in a mode like a Chinese character 'pin'; and 4) final-period management, wherein the plants are stored locally with basal parts of stems, buds have no wound and cannot rot, and the survival rate of the buds can reach 100%, thus avoiding the mechanical damages on the buds caused by multiple transports. In addition, the buds can also obtain nutrients from the basal parts of stems in the storage period, which is beneficial to the growth during planting in the next year; and the plants are sterilized by means of spraying and easy to operate, thus overcoming the mechanical damages on the plants caused by a soaking mode. Compared with conventional-planting cultivation, the ridge-planting cultivation has the advantages that the surface area is increased, lighted area is increased, and the interface of a soil body and the atmosphere is enlarged, and the expansion of root tubers, field humidity reduction and water drainage are promoted. Space can be adequately utilized through pits dug in a mode like a Chinese character 'pin'; and the technology is improved based on traditional technology, the method is simple and convenient, easy to operate and control and can be learnt by general farmers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cultivation method, in particular to a cultivation method of Scrophulariaceae. technical background [0002] Scrophulariaceae is a perennial herb with cylindrical or spindle-shaped roots and four-sided stems with grooves. Scrophulariaceae has strong adaptability, likes warm and humid climate, and has a certain ability of cold resistance and drought tolerance. It can be cultivated in plains and mountains. Generally, it is better to grow in sandy loam with good drainage, deep soil layer and rich humus. It is not suitable for growth with Atractylodes macrocephala Rotation of medicinal plants such as crops is not suitable for continuous cropping. The growth period of Scrophulariaceae is from March to November, the seedling period is from March to May, and the root tuber expansion period is from July to September. It is mainly produced in various parts of the Yangtze River Basin, with the largest output in Zhejiang, and it is al...
