The ingredients of the NTC thermosensitive resistor material are mixed, and then ethanol, a binding agent and a dispersing agent are added into a mixture to prepare slurry. The slurry is sequentially subjected to casting molding, drying, separation, cutting, glue ejection and sintering to obtain a ceramic chip, and NTC thermosensitive resistors with 450-600 (kilohm.mm) of resistivity rho and 3800 K-3900 K of material constant B are obtained after electrode manufacture.
