The invention relates to common bus energy-saving recovery type storage battery charging-discharging power supply equipment which comprises a main power supply unit, a common bus unit, a single-circuit control unit, a discharging module and a human-machine control module, wherein the single-circuit control unit is used for controlling the charging and the discharging of a corresponding storage battery according to a command of a human-machine control unit; when the storage battery is required to be charged, power energy is output to the corresponding storage battery from a bus unit; when the storage battery is discharged, the power energy is returned to the bus through the single-circuit control unit; when the storage batteries of different single-circuit control units are simultaneously charged and discharged, energy discharged by the storage batteries is directly used for charging other storage batteries; and when discharging energy received by the bus is greater than charging output energy, the discharging module is started to work and consume excessive energy in a heat energy form. Compared with the traditional equipment, the common bus energy-saving recovery type storage battery charging-discharging power supply equipment has the advantages that the used electric expenses are greatly reduced by about 30 percent; and during discharging, secondary pollution to a power grid is avoided.
