Abstract

The invention provides a real-time monitoring system for hole bottom parameters in deep hole drilling. The real-time monitoring system at least comprises an information collecting device, a signal transmitting device and a receiving device, wherein the information collecting device and the signal transmitting device are arranged on a drilling rod and are positioned at the hole bottom position, the receiving device is positioned on the earth surface, and information collected by the information collecting device can be transmitted to the receiving device for receiving after being transformed by the signal transmitting device; the information collecting device comprises a pressure sensor which is used for collecting various drilling parameters, a temperature sensor, a pressure torsion short joint and a flowmeter; the signal transmitting device comprises a collecting circuit, a transmitting circuit, a battery which is used for supplying power for a circuit and a pair of internal and external insulation short joints; and the receiving device comprises a signal processing unit which is used for receiving, amplifying, filtering, trapping, AD (Analog to Digital) conversing a signal and a display device which is connected with the signal processing unit through a signal line. According to the real-time monitoring system provided by the invention, the drilling accident during a deep hole drilling process can be reduced, and the drilling efficiency is increased.
