Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide a water distillation device using solar heat and a distillation method. More specifically, the water distillation device comprises: a solar collector type solar evaporator; a heat exchanger for preheating water to be evaporated together with the solar evaporator and for cooling distilled water; and a hand pump for water supply, allowing the solar evaporator to be filled with water at the initial state of operation. The solar evaporator comprises: a sun tracking cylindrical parabolic mirror solar collector having a reflective surface capable of reflecting sunlight to collect the sunlight wherein the focal axis of the sunlight reflecting surface is fixed and the sunlight reflecting surface rotates back and forth around the focal axis; an expanding water pipe for heating water with solar heat to expand the same, on the focal axis of the solar collector; a condensation water bath for cooling the expanded water to condense the same; an evaporation water bath for heating water simultaneously with solar heat and high temperature vapor to evaporate the same, on the same focal axis of the solar collector; and a vapor re-heating vapor pipe for heating vapor generated at the evaporation water bath with solar heat. Therefore, the present invention can distill sea water or various kinds of water at a high efficiency through the complex process of pumping water, heat exchange, vapor reheating and evaporation by using only solar energy without energy such as an oil or electricity.
