Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem that the nonlinear saturation effect of the detector in the imaging system based on compressed sensing affects the restoration efficiency of the system, and to provide a correction method for reducing the influence of the nonlinear response of the detector on the restoration effect of the compressed sensing imaging system. The method can greatly reduce the influence of the nonlinear saturation effect on the reduction efficiency of the system and improve the imaging quality

Embodiment

[0043] The present invention uses the above-mentioned imaging system based on compressed sensing theory to realize its experiment on the detector nonlinear saturation correction method, and the steps are as follows:

[0044] 1. Turn on the imaging system and start measuring.

[0045] 2. Obtain the measured M groups of measured values to be processed from the data acquisition module.

[0046] 3. According to the detector type and the measured values obtained, it is judged whether the M groups of measured values to be processed are affected by nonlinearity.

[0047] 4. If more than 50% of the measured data is affected by nonlinearity, use saturation feedback correction. Otherwise, use saturation rejection correction.

[0048] 5. By adopting the l 1 The convex optimization method of norm minimization solves the following model for the processed measured values and obtains the final restoration result: min s | ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detector nonlinear saturation corrective reduction method based on a compressive sensing imaging system. When a detector measurement value is affected by the nonlinear saturation effect, saturation rejection correction or saturation feedback correction is selected by judging the degree of the detection value affected by the nonlinear effect. Saturation rejection correction is to remove measuring points which are greatly affected by the nonlinear effect, and saturation feedback correction is to perform feedback processing for the measuring value and correct the obtained measuring value according a given detector response curve. The processed measuring value is input into a computer for image reduction, and the obtained effect is greatly superior to the effect which is obtained through direct reduction without using the corrective reduction method. The detector nonlinear saturation corrective reduction method reduces effects of nonlinear detection error of a detector on experiment effects and improves reduction efficiency of the imaging system.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of imaging technology, in particular to a detector nonlinear saturation correction and restoration method based on a compressed sensing imaging system. Background technique [0002] Since the theory of compressed sensing was proposed, the combination of compressed sensing technology and imaging system has become more and more mature, from the single-pixel camera invented by Rice University Marco F. Imaging systems, there are various types of imaging systems based on compressed sensing for different purposes, and these systems fully embody the benefits of compressed sensing technology, such as faster imaging speed, eliminating the need for complex mechanical scan structures, etc. However, when using compressed sensing to restore the original signal of the system, the system first needs to obtain a set of measured values modulated by the Gaussian matrix, and the accuracy of the measured values directly affects the ...
