The invention discloses sakura strawberry milk and a producing method thereof. The sakura strawberry milk is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of sakura, 30-50 parts of strawberry, 600-700 parts of fresh milk, 80-100 parts of white granulated sugar and 20-40 parts of honey. The producing method of the sakura strawberry milk comprises the following steps of: 1) cleaning sakura and dropping excessive moisture, adding the white granulated sugar to the sakura, and mixing evenly and crushing until the white granulated sugar is integrated with sukara, and then storing by sealing for 2-5 days, thereby obtaining sakura mixture; 2) cleaning and juicing strawberry, thereby obtaining strawberry juice; and 3) boiling fresh milk and the sakura mixture, cooling, and adding the strawberry juice and honey to the mixture, and mixing evenly, thereby obtaining the sakura strawberry milk.
