The soluble dimethyl-siloxane-modified poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid) amphiphilic copolymer is synthesized based on the following components according to a chemical bonding mode: 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and end3-propylamine polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). The soluble dimethyl-siloxane-modified poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid) amphiphilic copolymer can be better dissolved in alcohol dissolvent for facilitating subsequent machining requirement, and furthermore has adjustable hydrophibility and hydrophobility and excellent bio-compatibility.
