Problems solved by technology

[0003] Because the chemical properties and morphological structure of cotton fiber and wool fiber are very different, there will be many restrictions in the pretreatment and dyeing process of cotton wool blended fabrics. When dyeing with reactive dyes, because the dye has a good effect on wool fiber The wool fiber is preferentially dyed due to the adhesion effect, resulting in poor color matching between cotton fiber and wool fiber, which affects the appearance

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for dyeing a cotton and wool blended fabric. The method comprises the steps of treating cotton fibers and wool fibers in a picking process step and a cotton carding process step respectively, then mixing and drawing the cotton fibers and the wool fibers, and preparing the cotton and wool blended fabric through a roving process step and a spinning process step; filling water into a thermostat water bath, adding pectase and potassium carbonate into the water, stirring, adding the cotton and wool blended fabric into the thermostat water bath, and standing; and taking the cotton and wool blended fabric out of the thermostat water bath, drying the cotton and wool blended fabric, putting the cotton and wool blended fabric into the thermostat water bath again, adding water, a reactive dye and a leveling agent into the thermostat water bath, and stirring to obtain the dyed cotton and wool blended fabric. Therefore, according to the method for dyeing the cotton and wool blended fabric, the obtained blended fabric is pretreated by adopting the pectase, so that the blended fabric is prevented from being damaged; and a one-bath process is adopted by a dyeing process to perform dyeing, so that the homochromy property of the cotton fibers and the wool fibers is ensured. The method is easy to operate, and with the method, the production process is greatly shortened, so that the method can be used for dyeing the cotton and wool blended fabric on a large scale.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of textile fabrics, in particular to a method for dyeing cotton-wool blended fabrics. Background technique [0002] Cotton textiles have good hygroscopic performance, soft texture, comfortable wearing, convenient washing, abundant resources, and the widest range of applications, but their wrinkle resistance is poor, and their warmth retention cannot meet the demand. Wool textiles have excellent elasticity, good warmth retention and moisture absorption, but are expensive, difficult to wash, and produce itching and tingling sensations when they are close to the skin. Cotton fibers and wool fibers are blended to obtain blended fabrics. Blended fabrics have good wearing comfort, and their elasticity is significantly improved compared to cotton fabrics. They can accumulate and release heat and buffer the impact of external environmental changes on the human body. [0003] Because the chemical properties and morphological ...
