The system uses the OPGW optical fiber for transmission so that the network bandwidth is large and safety is high; and a wireless metropolitan area network technology is used for performing wireless extension so that the system can be used in mountain areas, and the system has the advantages of being high in safety, comprehensiveness, real-time performance and adaptive capacity.
