The invention discloses software management system and method based on dynamic private cloud. The software management system comprises a remote central server, third-party software integrated with a private cloud calculation interface and a private cloud calculation gateway. The third-party software requests authentication from the private cloud calculation gateway and requests cloud calculation service from the private cloud calculation gateway after passing authentication. According to the cloud calculation service request, the private cloud calculation gateway completes operation required by the cloud calculation service requested by the third-party software and returns cloud calculation result to the third-party software. A program of the third-party software integrated with the private cloud calculation interface can be installed to any machines including a local machine designated by a user, data can be stored to any machines including the local machine designated by the user, and management can be convenient.
