Embodiment 1

[0022] The preparation method of the probiotic bacterial agent, including the fermentation step, is to inoculate the production secondary and tertiary bacterial liquid of the bacterial agent in the culture medium with corn flour-potato-soybean meal as the main component to carry out mixed and expanded culture and fermentation. The fermentation process is an aerobic mixed fermentation at a temperature of 30°C and a pH value of 7.2-7.6. The production strains are Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus polymyxa, Streptococcus faecalis and Candida tropicalis , Paecilomyces lilacinus, Streptomyces luteus and other 7 strains of bacteria-fungi. A solid bacterial agent that adsorbs and immobilizes the end product of fermentation on peat biochar.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a probiotic fungicide for preventing panax notoginseng continuous cropping diseases, belonging to the field of microbial fermentation. The method comprises the steps of fermenting, namely respectively culturing individual production strains of the probiotic fungicide into a primary seed solution, inoculating to a culture medium which takes corn flour-potato-bean pulp as a principle component for performing aerobic mixed fermentation and enlarged cultivation, wherein the production strains are selected from seven bacteria-fungi such as bacillus subtilis; and adsorbing and immobilizing the fermentation end products to turf charcoal so as to prepare a solid fungicide. The continuous cropping diseases which are ubiquitous in the conventional panax notoginseng plantation technology are solved, and continuous cropping and continuous harvest can be realized in the panax notoginseng planting fields after the panax notoginseng is planted for 2-3 years. The preparation method has the outstanding characteristics of low production cost, short fermentation period and high flora density. According to the fungicide, dead seedlings, yellow seedlings, wither, dried leaves, root rot and other ecological soil symptoms in the panax notoginseng planting process can be prevented; and meanwhile, according to the method, root growth can be promoted, the soil is loosened, strong seedlings are cultivated, and pesticide and fertilizer residues are removed and the obvious function of ecologically repairing the soil is achieved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to microbial fermentation, in particular to a preparation method of an ecological bacterial agent capable of resisting heavy cropping and restoring the soil of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping. Background technique [0002] Today, when Panax notoginseng is planted in large quantities, due to the extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the soil ecosystem formed by soil-microorganisms-Sanqi roots has been severely damaged, beneficial bacteria have been inhibited, and pathogenic fungi, such as rust rot bacteria, bad blight Solanum, Fusarium solani, Rhizoctonia solani and Pythium etc. spread and grow, causing frequent cropping diseases of Panax notoginseng, such as root rot, withering, yellow seedlings, mosaic leaves, black spots, etc. The forest soil cannot be reused after planting 3-5 years (one crop) of Panax notoginseng. Generally, it takes ten years or even more than ten years of natural restoration before Pana...
