Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, methods for producing biogas by fermenting residual fungus chaff (bacteria residue) in the production of edible fungi have been disclosed (CN 102153261 A, CN 202017008 U, CN 102174586 A, CN 102286539 A), but these processing methods are limited to fungal chaff None of them involved the treatment of the mushroom head (that is, the part of the edible fungus that is inedible or not suitable for commercialization)

Embodiment 1

[0029] 1. Pretreatment: Remove the plastic film on the surface of the pleurotus eryngii chaff and other impurities that are not conducive to anaerobic digestion, beat or crush the pleurotus eryngii chaff into a loose powder state. Crush or squeeze the mushroom head of Pleurotus eryngii into a slurry, and then mix the mushroom head slurry with the crushed mushroom chaff evenly.

[0030] 2. Fermentation process

[0031] Inoculum and inoculum volume: Inoculate with normally fermented biogas slurry, the inoculated biogas slurry volume accounts for 60% of the total volume of the final fermentation feed liquid, that is, 6 cubic meters of biogas slurry is added; after the initial fermentation, the inoculum is the biogas slurry after the last fermentation liquid.

[0032] Total TS (dry matter concentration) of the fermented product: adjust the TS to about 8% with water, add water until the total volume of the feed liquid is 10 cubic meters, and add about 2 cubic meters of water.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biological energy resources, particularly relates to utilization of waste in edible mushroom production and in particular relates to a method for preparing methane by utilizing residual mushroom bran and mushroom head in pleurotus eryngii production. The method provided by the invention is characterized by taking two residuum, namely mushroom bran and mushroom head, in the pleurotus eryngii production as fermentation substrate. The invention develops an effective fermentation methane production method according to self ingredient characteristics of the mushroom bran and mushroom head in the pleurotus eryngii production. According to the invention, the advantages of the two ingredients are combined, a method for preparing the methane by utilizing the residual mushroom bran and mushroom head in the pleurotus eryngii production is developed, and gas production rate is 20-35% higher than the sum of the gas production rates of the original independent fermentation, so that resource utilization efficiency of waste is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biological energy resources, in particular to the utilization of wastes in the production of edible fungi, and in particular to a method for preparing biogas by using the remaining fungus chaff and mushroom heads from the production of Pleurotus eryngii. Background technique [0002] Pleurotus eryngii is a commercial edible fungus cultivated on a large scale. In the production process of Pleurotus eryngii, a lot of waste will be generated, such as Pleurotus eryngii chaff, Pleurotus eryngii mushroom head and so on. At present, the treatment of such wastes mainly adopts the method of direct discarding or incineration, which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment. Through anaerobic fermentation, these wastes are converted into energy, which has high economic value and ecological value. [0003] At present, methods for producing biogas by fermenting residual fungus chaff (fungus residue) in the p...
