The system further comprises a chromium plating assisting tank, wherein the chromium plating assisting tank is communicated with the chrome plating tanks through a chromic acid circulation pump and a pipeline and also communicated with an evaporation circulation tank through a concentrate conveying pump and the pipeline; the evaporation circulation tank is communicated with an atmospheric evaporator through an evaporator lifting pump and the pipeline; and the waste water and the water liquid in the recycling tank, the spray purification tower, the chromium mist recoverer and the atmospheric evaporator flow back into the evaporation circulation tank.
