The invention relates to the technical field of
remanufacturing and
surface engineering of key parts of a helicopter
transmission system, in particular to a partition repairing method for
corrosion of an inner spherical shell of a speed
reducer. Comprising the following steps: dividing a to-be-repaired inner spherical shell of the speed
reducer into an inner spherical area and a cylindrical surface and end surface area; the
corrosion layer of the inner spherical surface area is removed, the inner spherical surface area with the
corrosion layer removed is obtained on the inner spherical surface shell of the speed
reducer, a
hard chromium layer is prepared on the inner spherical surface area with the corrosion layer removed through
electroplating, and the electroplated inner spherical surface area is obtained on the inner spherical surface shell of the speed reducer after accurate
grinding; the method comprises the steps that a cylindrical surface and an end face area are obtained, a corrosion layer on the cylindrical surface and the end face area is removed, the cylindrical surface and the end face area with the corrosion layer removed are obtained, a
copper-aluminum layer is prepared on the cylindrical surface and the end face area with the corrosion layer removed through
plasma spraying, and an inner spherical area obtained after
plasma spraying is obtained on the inner spherical shell of the speed reducer after accurate
grinding. The problem of part missing caused by corrosion of the inner spherical shell is solved.
