The method comprises the steps of: 1, arranging at least one observation window on the wall of the agitated bed reactor, sealing the observation window through a transparent part through which infrared rays can transmit; and 2, detecting the reaction state in the agitated bed reactor by using an infrared detector through the transparent part. According to the invention, the position and the region which have abnormal temperature and blocking, and duration time can be detected by using the thermal infrared imager; and the blocking of the agitated bed reactor can be effectively reduced by using the method, and thus the operation period of the reactor is prolonged.
