The white LED comprises an insulating base, a bowl-shaped reflector and a blue LED chip, wherein the bowl-shaped reflector is arranged on the insulating base; a heat-conducting fin is arranged between the bowl-shaped reflector and the insulating base; the blue LED chip is fixed in the bowl-shaped reflector; two electrodes which connected with the blue LED chip are arranged on the insulating base; and silane functionalized carbon points cover electrode welding wires, the bowl-shaped reflector and the blue LED chip. Organic polyatomic acid is added into a silane liquid boiling and reflowing under the protection of nitrogen, so that the organic polyatomic acid is pyrolyzed and synthesized into the silane functionalized carbon points; the blue LED chip is fixed in the bowl-shaped reflector; and the silane functionalized carbon points are coated on the electrode welding wires, the bowl-shaped reflector and the blue LED chip.
