The railway-vehicle headwall comprises a headwall outer plate, door pillars, end corner pillars, a top camber beam, an upper cross beam of the door and a threshold forming a skeleton structure of the headwall. The headwall outer plate is welded and fixed with the door pillars, the end corner pillars, the top camber beam and the upper cross beam of the door by means of laser welding respectively. The headwall outer plate comprises a left wall plate, a right wall plate and an upper wall plate; the left wall plate, the right wall plate and the upper wall plate are lapped firstly and then are fixed by means of laser welding. Pressed steps processed by cold pressing are arranged at an upper edge of the upper wall plate, and the left wall plate and the right wall plate are lapped with the upper wall plate through the pressed steps and are fixed by means of laser welding.
