The content of the firbre-forming polymer accounts for 1-30 mol % of the overall contents of copolyester dihydric alcohols. A continuous through hollow portion is formed in the center of the processed yarn. Hollow rate is 2%-8%. The section of the hollow portion of the false twist processed yarn is triangular shaped after the false twist processed yarn is handled by damp heat or dry heat. The hollow rate is 15%-35%. Pre-oriented yarn (POY) or full-oriented yarn (FOY) are obtained at first under a conventional spinning process condition. Then, low temperature false twist process is conducted to the POY or the FOY so that the hollow false twist processed yarn is obtained. The fibres can be widely applied in the fields of civilian clothing, sport clothing, occupational clothing, indoor decoration, beddings, footgear, medical supplies, advanced fillers and the like.
