Abstract

The invention relates to a biological control method to improve disease-resistance of cultured traditional Chinese herbal medicines. According to the method, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus (AMF) serves as a biocontrol bacterium, and mycorrhization seedling processing is carried out before cultivation of the traditional Chinese herbal medicines to improve the disease-resistance of the cultured traditional Chinese herbal medicines. Cultivation tests of savia miltiorrhiza are carried out according to the method, as is shown by test results, the AMF can improve the disease-resistance of the four-year continuous-cropping savia miltiorrhiza, and improves yield and quality of four-year continuous-cropping savia miltiorrhiza medical materials. According to the method, the AMF symbiosing with plants in nature serves as the biocontrol bacterium, can improve the disease-resistance of the cultured Chinese herbal medicines, and meanwhile can promote growth of the cultured Chinese herbal medicines. The biological control method improves quality of the cultured Chinese herbal medicines, improves soil microecological balance, and is a novel and environment-friendly biological control method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials and the biological control of diseases and insect pests, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine agriculture. Background technique [0002] Root rot is one of the main soil-borne diseases in the growth and development period of Chinese herbal medicines. In particular, the problem of root rot of Chinese medicinal materials in roots and rhizomes has become increasingly prominent. Sanqi, Danshen, Angelica, Chuanxiong, Astragalus, Magnolia officinalis, Ophiopogon japonicus, Bupleurum, Atractylodes macrocephala, Banlangen, Codonopsis, Scutellaria, Polygala, Aster, Ephedra, Aconite, Pseudostellaria, Pinellia, Atractylodes and other Chinese herbal medicines are being cultivated Root rot is prone to occur in the process. Root rot seriously affects the yield and quality of Chinese herbal medicines. [0003] Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge), commonly known as blood-activ...
