Abstract

The rotary machine (1) has multiple processing stations (3), which are circumferentially spaced on a periphery, where containers (2) are moved back and forth by height movement of lifting devices (4) with electric linear actuators to the processing stations. The linear drives are connected to a control device (6) to output the control signals to the lifting devices for changing the height position. A detection device (7) determines the height signals according to the characteristic of the container. The linear actuators has displacement measuring devices.
