Abstract

The invention provides an integrated system and method for multi-particle-size grading, pyrolyzing and gasifying for raw coal. The integrated system comprises a coal washing-screening device, wherein the outlet of the coal washing-screening device is connected with a pulverized coal pyrolyzing furnace, a pea coal pyrolyzing furnace and a lump coal pyrolyzing furnace respectively; and the gas outlets of the pulverized coal pyrolyzing furnace, the pea coal pyrolyzing furnace and the lump coal pyrolyzing furnace are connected with a first gas-solid separation device, a second gas-solid separation device and a third gas-solid separation device respectively. The integrated system can be used for treating pulverized coal, pea coal and lump coal simultaneously, thus solving the problem that coal with different particle sizes can be utilized only via different systems at present, and reducing the production cost; simultaneously, the pulverized coal pyrolyzing furnace, the pea coal pyrolyzing furnace and the lump coal pyrolyzing furnace can be selectively opened or closed aiming at raw coal with different particle sizes during raw coal treatment, and the treatment can be performed aiming at raw coal with a single particle size, thus being flexible and convenient to use, and strong in practicability.
