A flow gauge and a circulating pump are arranged on the section, arranged outside the heat exchanger and connected with the temperature difference generator, of the heat conducting pipe. The circulating pump is connected with an output end of a controller. An input end of the controller is connected with a temperature sensor arranged inside the heat exchanger. A cold end of the temperature difference generator is provided with a cold water pipe. One end of the cold water pipe is connected with a water injection port of the cold water pipe.
