The device comprises a biogas heating device, a heat exchange device, a descaling device and a driving device. The heat exchange device is composed of a plurality of heat exchange pipes and a transverse main pipe for positioning; the descaling device comprises an articulated crank mechanism and a descaling assembly which comprises parallelly mounted descaling ring plates, descaling rings are arranged under the descaling ring plates; quantity of the descaling rings on the descaling ring plates are the same with the quantity of the heat exchange pipes, axis of the descaling rings coincides with the heat exchange pipes, and a distance between centers of two descaling ring is the same with a distance between centers of two heat exchange pipes. By using the device provided by the invention, a reaction temperature of a biogas slurry can be increased, so that an biogas output tends to be high-yielding and stable; and meanwhile, an automatic starting of the descaling device can be realized so as to automatically remove sediment incrustation deposited on the heat exchange pipes, thereby ensuring cleanness of the heat exchange pipes, having a good heat transfer efficiency, and realizing an improvement of a whole heat exchange efficiency by 38.0-47.0 %.
