Abstract

The invention discloses an early-warning device and an early-warning method used for monitoring the accidents of boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion (BLEVE) of pressuring-bearing storage tanks. In the device, a liquidometer is connected with a data processor by an upper computer, a temperature sensor group, a top pressure sensor and a high speed camera component are respectively connected with the data processor and the data processor is connected with a liquefied natural gas safety management system (LSMS) of the storage tanks by a data storing and converting unit. The data storing and converting unit is also connected with an early-warning signal device and the LSMS of the storage tanks is respectively connected with a circulating pump starting and stopping controller, an emptying linkage device and a process control system (PCS). The method comprises the following steps that: liquid level parameters, density parameters, evaporation condition of liquid level, air phase space pressure parameters and temperature parameters in the pressure-bearing storage tanks are detected by corresponding detection components; and the data processor is utilized for analysis and processing, judgment is performed and early-warning results are obtained. The device and the method realize the monitoring and the early warning on the accidents of BLEVE of pressure-bearing storage tanks. The judgment is accurate and the early warning is in time.
