The main bar is connected with the branch bars perpendicularly, the branch bars are divided into three groups, and the other end of every group of the branch bars is connected into a whole through the stabilizing bar. The main bar, the branch bars and the stabilizing bar are formed by pouring cement mortar. Steel bars are pre-embedded inside the main bar, and the thermal couples are pre-embedded inside the branch bars. When the measuring device is mounted, the end portions of an inner-layer circular steel tube are provided with two grooves, the end portions of an outer-layer circular steel tube are provided with two round holes, the center line of grooves is aligned with that of the round holes, the measuring device is inserted inside the grooves of the inner-layer circular steel tube, the grooves on the inner-layer circular steel tube are sealed by welding small steel plates, and concrete is poured to the column end.
